He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Jane (McNichol) and Fredrick Neff; his sisters, Betty Mahon (Don), Peggy Moore (Ray) and Pat Wimpress (Jim); and his brother-in-law Allan Grocott (Vi).
He is survived by: his wife Donna Neff (Grocott); his children, Deb Strohm (Art), Sandy Richardson (Trevor), Michael Neff (Tammy), Sally Neff and John Neff; his sister Mary Jane Pyne (Ralph); and his sister-in-law Mary Joyce Rossignol (Aldeo). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
