She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Kaufman and Angela Kaufman; her sister Grace Schenk; and her siblings-in-law, Corleen Kaufman, Ruth Gillespie, Elgin Monk, Walter Schenk and Guy Kauffman.
She is survived by: her husband Harvey Stewart; her children, Karen Sweiger (Tom) of Dobbinton, Nancy Poset (Joe) of Brampton, Steven Stewart (Sarah Ellis) and Chatsworth; her grandchildren, Scott Sweiger (Jessica), Sarah Mack (Jeremy), Sierra Poset, Sharlotte, Sam and Spencer Stewart; her great grandchildren, Evalyn and Archie Sweiger; her nephew Chuck Gillespie (Nancy) of Seattle, Washington.; and her siblings, Pearl Monk, Bob Kaufman and Joyce Kauffman. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
