He was predeceased by: his siblings, Frankie (Bruce), Cindy, Robert and Judy (Al); and his parents, Francis Marshall and Leona Marshall.

He is survived by: his wife Donna Marshall of Holland Centre; and his children, Bobbi Lynn Burnett (Alexis) of Durham and Brad David Marshall of Barrie. He is also survived by his extended family, nieces, nephews, and friends.
