She was predeceased by : her father Ronald Tremblay. She is survived by : her mother Florence Tremblay; her husband Scott Mitchell; her sons, Patrick (Megan) and Nicholas; her grandchild Merrick; and her sisters, Sylvie (Ben), Mona Lapointe (Gaëtan), Line Landry (Maurice), Julie Chartrand (Kevin) and Lucie Palka (Chris). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Donations can be made by cheque or online to Crohn's and Colitis Canada or Kidney Foundation.
