He is survived by: his spouse Corrie Sluys; and his children, Gerry Sluys (Wilma) of Chepstow, Jacqueline Knop (Ron) of Bluevale, Wen Sluys (Alison Clark) of Clinton, Frank Sluys (Jelleke) of Listowel, Mark Sluys of Listowel and Ed Sluys (Jennifer) of Richmond Hill.
