With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Peter Daniel Nielsen of Cherry Valley, Ontario, who passed away on April 15, 2022 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Dan Nielsen and Mary Nielsen; and his sister Danielle Nielsen. He is survived by : his children, Angela of Picton, Laura (Mike Craig) of Picton and Erik (Brittany Brown) of Picton; and his grandchildren, Molly, Walker, Grayson and Elizabella.

If desired, donations in Tom's memory can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation and would be appreciated by the family.
