In the sacred silence of farewell, Bill is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Bill's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

A reception will be held on Saturday, June 1st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Klage's Mill (11 1st Ave N, Chesley, ON N0G1L0).

His pivotal contributions to the Treaty 72 Land Claims, and his creation of the Standards and Guidelines manual for conducting archaeological investigations in SON Territory were seminal to SON's cultural objectives.
