He was predeceased by: his wife Anne Vanagatt; and his parents, Richard Henry and Lillian Mae Williams (Brock). He is survived by: his children, Laura Williams of Keady and Douglas Williams of Tiverton; his grandchildren, Zora, Katie and Hannah; his sister Cathy (Wayne) of Brantford; and his stepdaughter Carrie (Matthew) of Toronto.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Chesley Hospital Foundation or Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
