She is survived by: her mother Marjorie Golem (Weppler) of Sauble Beach; her husband Steven; her children, Michael Jay (Jocelyn) of Foleyet, Kerri Lynn (John) of Baden and Heather Lee-Anne of Kitchener; her stepgrandson Cole (John) of Baden; and her sisters, Sandra (Eric) of Desboro, Rosanne (Bryan) of Orangeville and Ivy (Cory) of Sauble Beach. She is also survived by her many brothers and sisters – in – law, and many, many nieces and nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Connie's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Grand River Cancer Centre, Innisfree Hospice, or Faith Lutheran Church, Kitchener.
