He was predeceased by: his brothers, Kenneth and Bill Lake; and his parents, Leonard Lake and Neil Lake (Henderson). He is survived by: his siblings, Gord Lake (Vicki) of Paisley, Joyce Connor of Southampton, John Lake (Barbara) of Kitchener, Sharon Bastien (Tom) of Stratford, Barb Clark (Ed) of Flesherton and Betty Hammond; and his pet Missy. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, friends.

Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
