She was predeceased by: her husband George; her brother Amsey Frey; and her parents, John Frey and Lucinda Frey (Brubacher). She is survived by: her children, Reg (Maria) of Chesley and Tania Weber of Owen Sound; her grandchildren, Colton, Rebecca, Kaitlyn (Joshua) and Kassandra (Austin); her great grandchildren, Hudson, Mason, Reese and Mila; her siblings, Edna Shantz (Henry) of Waterloo, Alice Frey of Waterloo, Paul Frey (Linda) of St. Clements and Ken Frey (Linda) of Guelph; and her sister-in-law Ina Frey of Waterloo.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hanover Mennonite Church (172 5th St, Hanover, ON N4N1B7). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Mennonite Central Committee, Christian Peacemaker's, or the Chesley Hospital Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy. Make a donation.
