Maurice Byers Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maurice Byers (Chesley, Ontario), who passed away on November 18, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Byers and Pearl Byers (Strucke); his wife Marlene (Kaufman); his brother Dennis; his brothers-in-law, Harold Sachs and Ken Kaufman; and his nieces, Shirley Sachs and Angela Bell.
He is survived by: his siblings, Phillis Sachs of Hanover, Marjorie Blake (Merv) of Hanover and Peggy Bell of Chesley; Elaine Schantz (John), Janelda Lipskie (Harold) and Barb Murdock.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Chesley Community Church, Canadian Cancer Society, Diabetes Canada, or VON Grey-Bruce would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
