He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jack Mackler and Shirley Mackler; his wife Margaret Mackler; his child Meaghan Mackler (David Wallace); his siblings, Karen Mackler (Dave), Glen Mackler (Lisa), Brenda Bakker (Bill) and John Mackler (Anne); his siblings-in-law, Jim, Carolyn (Gerry), Laurie and Adie; and his siblings' children, Colin, Thomas, Sarah, Emily, Kyle, Connor, Brittany, Lauren, Sam, Katie, Ty, Rachael, Lorelai and Daniel.
