It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Richard Elliott of Chesterville, Ontario, who passed away at the age of 78, on September 30, 2025. He was predeceased by: his wife Jennie Rae Elliott; his parents, Grant Elliott and Alma Elliott; and his siblings, Lynn Windsor and Paul Elliott.
He is survived by: his children, Todd of Chesterville, Dean of Chesterville, Troy of Chesterville and Melissa Elliott of Chesterville; his grandsons, Connor and Devon; his siblings, Sandra Elliott, Terry-Lee "Twig" Belanger, Patsy Young (Duane), Debbie Marriner (Leonard), John "Rogie" (Marian), Randy "Relic" (Kelly), Peter "Rabbit" (Bonnie) and Chris Edgerton; and his brother-in-law Andy Windsor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion (167 Chesterville Queen St, Chesterville, ON K0C1H0).
