She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Michael Chuby and Pearl Mehalchuk; her husband Art Forrest; her grandmothers, Sherry (Eric Gelineau), Lori-Ann (Steve Roque) and Melanie (Adam Higginson); her great grandchildren, Alicia, Steve, Alex, Tatiana, Taylen, Colesie and Ainsley; her great great grandchildren, Landon, Zakarie and Riley; and her siblings, Rose Williston, Helen Flis, Peter, Anne, Olga and Irene.
In memory of Mary a donation to the Hawkesbury General Hospital Foundation or the Prescott Russell Residence Foundation would be appreciated.
