He was predeceased by: his brother Albert Cook; his parents, George Cook and Mona Cook (Wood); and his daughter-in-law Lynn Henderson. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Cook (Henderson); his children, David Cook of Mildmay, Patti of Mapleton, Keith Angst of Mapleton, Kathy of Mapleton, Gary Douglas of Mapleton and Randy Cook of Clifford; his stepchildren, Christine, Stuart Yanke of Manitoulin Island, Russell Henderson of Abbotsford, BC, Dennis Henderson of Smiths Falls, Thomas Henderson of New Lowell and Morton Henderson of Abbotsford, B. C.; and his grandchildren, Eli Cook, Nyle Cook, Donna Dopfer, Jodi MacInnis, Jason Newton, Scott, Erika Walls, Becki, Rob Hamilton, Ian Walls, Blake Angst, Kate Gebhardt, Trisha Angst, Junior Walker, Nathan Douglas, Tammie Simmons, Matt, Ashley Douglas, Megan Douglas, Tyee, Shannon Cook, Salissa Cook, Sage Cook, Crystal, Dean Seifried, Kenny Russell, Patricia Nelson, Shelby Henderson, Garfield, Mandy Henderson, Brandi and Ryan Sullivan.
