Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Bill leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Luxton Burwell and Helen Elizabeth Thuell (Legg). He is survived by: his close friend Katherine "Kathy" Dawn Thuell (Gropp); his sister Anne Watson; his nephews, Aaron and Timothy Watson; and his close friend Kathie Jordan.
