He was predeceased by: his parents, John Guetter and Nellie Guetter; and his siblings, Peter Guetter, Jean DeJong, Rita Lazet and Daanie Guetter.
He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, John Guetter (Susanna), Nancy Donker (Nick), George Guetter (Sharon), Irene Brooks (Chris) and Carolyn Thompson (Gerry); his stepchildren, Arnie VanderHeyden (Anne), Rick VanderHeyden (Shelley) and Keith VanderHeyden (Bridget); and his siblings, Harry, Joan Guetter and Theresa Bakker. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Clinton United Church (105 Ontario St, Clinton, ON N0M1L0). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations to ONECARE Home and Community Support or Huronview Home for the Aged, Clinton would be appreciated.
