He was predeceased by : his parents, Marten Steenstra and Maaike Steenstra. He is survived by : his wife Helen (Wierenga); his siblings, Bill Steenstra (Lynda), Stewart Steenstra (Pat), Doreen McConnell (Dave), Kathleen Steenstra (Kevin) and Margaret Cunningham (William); and his grandchildren, Arlo, Nico, Margot, Lowen, Hugo, Maaike, Harvey, Cohen, Chloe, Sam, Elliot and Ben. He is also survived by 6 children and 12 grandchildren.
Due to the current covid restrictions a private family funeral service will be held.
As expressions of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Huron Hospice or other charity of your choice.
