Isobel Gibson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Isobel Gibson of Clinton, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 18, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence Ludvigsen (Knox) and James Chowen; her brother Bill Chowen; and her siblings-in-law, Bev Chowen, Fred Gibson and Ann Gibson.
She is survived by: her children, John Gibson, Wendy Armstrong-Gibson, Joanne Gibson, Paul Gibson, Michelle Braecker, Elizabeth and Rob McGregor; her grandchildren, Lindsay Louwegie (Joseph), Jeff Gibson (Amanda), Heather Horta (Dan), James Gibson, Kendra Redegeld (Todd), Kimberly Jewitt, Kelly Campbell (Mike), Sonya Gibson (Holli Kubicki), PJ Gibson (Cori MacKinnon) and Amber Ferrara; her great grandchildren, Kinsley, Presley, Avery, Sawyer Gibson, Rowan Horta, Brayden, Delaney, Gibson Redegeld, Julie, Kylie Good, Deakin, Lannin, Archer, Maelynn Campbell and Kingston Ferrara; and her husband Joe.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Falconer Funeral Homes - Clinton Chapel (153 High St, Clinton, ON N0M1L0). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
As expressions of sympathy memorial donations to the Clinton United Church, or the Clinton Public Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
