He was predeceased by: his parents, John Charles Shanahan and Norma Ileen. He is survived by: his children, Arlene and Luke (Jenny); his grandchildren, Weylin and Bridget; his sister Brenda (Fansher); his niece Tracey; and his nephews, Joe (Anabela) and Ben. He is also survived by his family and many dear friends.
