We are sad to announce that on July 26, 2025, at the age of 94, Verna Gibbings of Clinton, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Verna departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Verna may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Verna leaves behind.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Falconer Funeral Homes - Clinton Chapel (153 High St, Clinton, ON N0M1L0). A burial will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at the Clinton Cemetery (40046 Hydro Line Rd, Clinton, ON N0M1L0).
As expressions of sympathy memorial donations to the Clinton United Church, Clinton Public Hospital Foundation, or to Huron Hospice Bender House would be greatly appreciated.
