It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Anna Afelskie of Cobden, Ontario, who passed away at the age of 83, on December 7, 2020. She was predeceased by : her daughter Lorraine Ridgen (Peter); her parents, Valentine Burchat (Alex) and Barbara Biskup; and her siblings, Sylvester Burchat, Nicholas Burchat, Isidore Burchat, Bernadette Lorbetskie and Thomas Burchat.
She is survived by : her husband Sylvester Afelskie; her children, Gerard Afelskie (Bev), Peter Afelskie (Vikki), Jerome Afelskie (Mary) and Christine (David Rowe); her grandchildren, Lucas, Patrick, Kelsie, Laura, Hailey and Brady; and her siblings, Sally Stoppa, Susie Luckasavitch, Joanne Biskup, Laurence Biskup and Henry Biskup. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, large extended family and many friends.
