He was predeceased by: his parents, Erie Richards and Margaret Richards; his son Troy Richards; and his brother Glen Richards. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Richards; his children, Boyd Richards and Jody Richards (Kahn); his stepchildren, Joe Templeton, Christine Axhorn (Jason) and Mary Ellen McNulty; and his grandchildren, Kirsten Richards and Meredith Richards. He is also survived by 3 step-grandchildren.
