The memory of Jane Anne Hunt (Cobden, Ontario), who passed away on January 20, 2026 at the age of 63, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. Though Jane may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jane touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sterling Alexander Hunt and Lois Rachel Hunt; and her brother Robert John Hunt. She is survived by: her uncles, Harold and Verner; her aunt Meleda; and her cousin Jamie-Lynne. She is also survived by her grandparents, aunts and uncles, and all the jostling cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 21st 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Cobden Agricultural Hall (43 Astrolabe Rd, Cobden, ON K0J1K0).
In lieu of flowers, Jane Anne requested that donations be made to a charity of your choice.
