He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Sr. Zilney and Mary Zilney; and his siblings, Raymond, Florence, Anne (Sidney Dearsley) and Monica.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Stoppa, Mike Stoppa (Carrie), Linda Hobbs (Randy) and James Stoppa (Fiona); his grandchildren, Trevor Melissa McKay (Syndie), Leanne Burton (Ivan), Christopher Stoppa, Brett Hobbs, Emily (Rory), Alex Stoppa, Reece Brown and Austin Brown; his great grandchildren, Ayla, Ryker, Wyatt, Hudson, Charlie and Elliot; his siblings, Leona (late Edward Buraczewski), Joan (late Jack Hilder), Gerard Stoppa (Clare) and Robert Stoppa (Gisele); and his siblings-in-law, Doreen (late Thomas Burchat), Susie Luckasavitch (Lorne), Henry Biskup (Barbara), Lawrence Biskup (Barbara), Joanne Biskup, Sylvester, Isadore, Nicholas Burchat, Bernadette Lorbetskie (Joe), Anna Mae Afelskie (Sylvester) and Raymond Dombroskie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
