He was predeceased by: his brother John Mulligan; and his parents, Glenford Mulligan and Evelyn Mulligan. He is survived by: his wife Nina Mulligan; his children, Telena Mulligan (David Rogalski) and Alexandrea Mulligan (Kevan Anderson); and his grandchildren, Alexander, Rowan, Sigourney, Rosalind and Annalise.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the MacCoubrey Funeral Home (30 King St E, Cobourg, ON K9A1K7). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
