He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Driver and Florence Driver. He is survived by: his wife Nina Driver; his children, Heather-Anne Driver (Robert Maxwell), Dean Driver (Vicky), Kelly-Lynn Burns (Randy) and Darren Driver (Jean Wilkinson); his grandsons, Dylan Burns (Ellisia Calvo), Jacob Burns and Connor Burns; his sisters, Ruth Landau and Dianne Nelson; his brother-in-law Paddy Elwood; his siblings' children, Patrick, Norma, David, Cindy, Joel, Linda, Johnny, Darryl, Robbie and Dennis; and his caregivers, Caroline, Dr. Chen, Dr. Mule' and Dr. Daskalopoulos. He is also survived by partners and children.
