Patricia Guest wrote a sympathy message

“Today I learned of the passing of my dear friend Brad. Brad was a proud member of the Toronto Police Service and one of the finest police partners anyone could ask for. Early in my career, he taught me so much about the job, but more importantly, he taught me about loyalty, integrity, and friendship. Brad had a wonderful sense of humour and was always ready for a laugh. He made even the toughest shifts more enjoyable and left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to work alongside”
