Bruce Steel Obituary

It is with sadness that the passing of Bruce Steel (Cobourg, Ontario) is shared. Bruce, born on April 26, 1949, passed away on September 5, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Bruce will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honour Bruce by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Bruce is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Bruce’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Karen; his children, Alison (Brad) and Graeme (Grace); and his sister Catherine.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the MacCoubrey Funeral Home Reception Centre.
