It is with sadness that the passing of Charles Stewart Edwards of Cobourg, Ontario is shared. Charles, born on December 30, 1953, passed away on October 1, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jenny; his children, Joe Edwards (Vicky) and Crystal Duguid (Brad); his grandchildren, Jordan Saddler (Jessica), Kennedy Duguid (Brittany), Kaleigh Duff (Ryan), Caitlin Edwards (Tyler), Curtis Edwards (Tyra), Lauren Duff (Lucas) and Elise Edwards; his great grandchild Addison Duguid; and his siblings, Ronald Edwards (Karen), Jeanette, Bruce Woodley, Mona Regan (Dennis), Kenneth Edwards (Elizabeth) and James Edwards (Deb). He was also cherished by his many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the MacCoubrey Funeral Home (30 King St E, Cobourg, ON K9A1K7). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Flowers are welcome, and donations to the Northumberland Hills Hospital Palliative Care Unit would also be appreciated by the family.
