She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas G. Humphrey; and her parents, Albert Hornby and Donna. She is survived by: her children, Stephen, Reed (Dawn), David (Michelle), Mark (Michelle) and Kim; her grandchildren, Noelle, Rachel, Brayden, Beau, Carley, Sarah and Tyler; her brother Ron (Dean); her nieces, Rayne (Rex) and Robyne (Greg); and her sister-in-law Dean. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
