He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Collins. He is survived by: his sons, Peter Collins (Susan), Michael Collins and Christopher Collins (Theresa); and his siblings, Malachy Collins (Christina), Maura McCollum and Pat Fitzsimmons. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
