He was predeceased by : his parents, Jim Walters and Evelyn Walters; and his great-niece Serena Shaw. He is survived by : his wife Beverly Walters (Linton); his daughters, Christina Walters and Jill Gazeas (Walters); and his grandson Maison Taylor.

A celebration of life was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Lion's Community Centre (157 Elgin St E, Cobourg, ON K9A1A1).
