He is survived by: his wife Linda Wilson; his grandson Michael Bailey; his children, Chyanne Bailey, Brock Bailey and Amy Potts (Richard); his grandchildren, Sierra Puria (Akhil), Cameron Potts and James Wilson; his daughter Isla Wilson; and his grandson Dylan Reid.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Jerry's memory to Ed's House Hospice to help them continue their vital, compassionate work in the community.
