He was predeceased by: his former wife Carolyn Calvert; his parents, William Calvert and Dorothy Calvert; and his siblings, Raymond (Patricia) and Sheila (Wilfred).
He is survived by: his wife Alta Vance; his children, Wandlynn Tinney (Carl), John Calvert (Krista) and Caralea Calvert; his grandchildren, Dawson, Beth, Jordan, Siobhan, Dana, Brayden, Seth, Finn, Alexander, Jacob and Owen; and his siblings, Joyce (Frank), Joan (Ray), Shirley (Charlie), Brenda (Pat), Carol (Jamie) and Wanda (Roger Gleason). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the MacCoubrey Funeral Home (30 King St E, Cobourg, ON K9A1K7).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Northumberland Hills Hospital Foundation.
