She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Wakely; her brother Fred Ardis (Doreen); and her siblings-in-law, Mary Guthrie (Jim), Bill Wakely (Doreen), Philip Wakely (Bonnie) and Judy Wright (David).
She is survived by: her children, Lorraine Ottolini (Steven) and Brian Hand (Patsy); her granddaughters, Katie Ottolini (Bianka), Amanda Kirkton (Nicholas), Robyn Ottolini and Brianna Hand; her great grandchild Lavender Kirkton; her nephew Trevor Ardis (Sarah); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Evan and Lauren Ardis; her pet Kit-Kat; her brother-in-law Garry Wakely; her nieces and nephews, Kim Wright and Heather Ferris; her friend Red Hatters; and her caregivers, Ainsley, Alana, Gail, Koll, Niglas and Dr. Mulé.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the MacCoubrey Funeral Home Reception Centre (30 King St E, Cobourg, ON K9A1K7).
