She was predeceased by: her son Michael; and her parents, Harold and Helen. She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer (Bruce) and Melissa; her grandchildren, Dalton, Jasmine, Joseph and Robert; her sister Linda; and her significant other Jim Gillespie.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the MacCoubrey Funeral Home (30 King St E, Cobourg, ON K9A1K7). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Marilyn's memory can be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada or the Ontario Veterinary College Health Sciences Centre.
