She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Earl Ives and Olive Mary Mills; her husband Doug Deviney; her siblings, Hubert Ives (Ruth), Helen Jarvis (Ernie), Garruth Ives (June), Joan Mackinnon (Bert) and Beverly Ives; and her sister-in-law Marion Sherwin (Gordon).
She is survived by: her friends, Will and Edith Robson; her children, Barb (Al Harnden), Joanne (Brian Connor), Jim (Deb O'Rourke), Gina (Ted Jackson) and Laurie (Jim Martin); her grandchildren, Erin Connor (Ben Sykes), Terry Connor, Jacob Deviney, Jordan Jackson (Jamie Hilditch), Mitchell Jackson (Vanessa Pietrantonio), Rachel Jackson, Hamish Deviney Martin, Cameron Deviney Martin and Elias Deviney Martin; her great grandchildren, Bode Sykes and Ilah Jibb; her sister Janet Ingall (Roger); her sister-in-law Ruth Haig (Milton); and her caregiver Extendicare Cobourg.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Vernonville Cemetery, for either the Heritage (building) or Cemetery fund, or the United Church Mission and Service Fund.
