She was predeceased by: her parents, H. S. Rastogi and Santosh Rastogi. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Ashok Kumar; her sons, Anurag Kumar and Abhinav Kumar; her daughters-in-law, Shazia Naaz and Dr. Astha Bansal; and her grandchildren, Anya Gupta, Aryan S. Kumar, Ayaan Kumar and Anay Gupta.
