Susan Jeanette Finch Obituary

We bid farewell to Susan Jeanette Finch (Cobourg, Ontario), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 27, 2025 at the age of 69. Susan Jeanette touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Patrick and Margery Patrick; and her siblings, Juanita Manuel, Ronald and Thomas Patrick.

She is survived by: her children, Pamela Murdy (Brad) and Lesley Finch (Weston); and her grandchildren, Cheyenne, Elizabeth and Aleina.

A graveside service will be held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Camborne United Church Cemetery (3414 Burnham St N, Cobourg, ON K9A4J7). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the MacCoubrey Funeral Home (30 King St E, Cobourg, ON K9A1K7).
