She was predeceased by: her husband Wally Higgins; and her grandchildren, Amber Galbraith and Zechariah Higgins-Holderny. She is survived by: her children, Freddy, Francine Harding (Glen), Faye Higgins and Florence Moore; her grandchildren, Jessica (Tom), Victoria, Jade (Fred), Denny (Fredd) and Jeremy (Kate); her great grandchildren, James, Charlotte, Alice, Skyla, Elyanna, Matthias, Evelyn, River and Clifford; and her sons, Brian and John.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Coldwater Funeral Home (22 Sturgeon Bay Rd, Coldwater, ON L0K1E0). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Coldwater United Church (14 Harriet St, Coldwater, ON L0K1E0).
As an expression of sympathy donations in memory of Frances may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Coldwater Food Bank and may be made through the Funeral Home.
