He is survived by: his wife Sheila; his children, Kim Sullivan (Rob), Karie McLaren (Jeff) and Kristie Beach; his grandchildren, Hailey, Hillary (Dylan), Hayden (Jenna), Madison (Nigel), Lindsey (Ian), Eric (Brooklyn) and Landon; his great grandchildren, Zoey, Vincent, Maggie, Greyson, Cohen, Ashen, Khole and Hudson; his siblings, Bill, Doug, Brian and Will; and his pet Paully.
As an expression of sympathy donations in memory of Jack may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation and may be made through the Funeral Home.
