She was predeceased by : her husband Clarence Sallows; her daughter Cindy O'Connor; and her sisters, Lorraine Huffman and Rita Bates. She is survived by : her children, Paul Sallows (Karen), Jennifer Coombs (late Rick) and Jason Sallows (Gabriel); her son-in-law Jim O'Connor; her sisters, Carol Tudhope and Marjorie Peterson; and her close friend Steve Huffman. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
As an expression of sympathy donations in memory of Joan may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to Make-A-Wish Foundation of Canada and can be made through the funeral home.
