She was predeceased by: her spouse Larry Gratrix; and her brothers, Ronald, Donald and Gary. She is survived by: her child Tina Wood of Alberta; her grandchildren, Jessica Wood (Ty) and Jordan Wood; her great grandchild Blake; her siblings, Terry Andrews of Hamilton, Donna Athron (Dave) of Coldwater, Allen Andrews (Sonya) of Mississauga, Alma Andrews (Pete Atto) of Coldwater and Scott Andrews of Coldwater; and her siblings-in-law, Rick (Pat) and Judy. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.

As an expression of sympathy donations in memory of Lynn may be made to Hospice Simcoe, Barrie or to the RVH "Oncology Department", Barrie.
