She was predeceased by: her parent Miron Roman (Zuzanna). She is survived by: her spouse Martin; her sisters, Diana Roman, Margaret Roman (Jamie Gibson) and Joanna Roman Toronto (Chris Manley); her niece Ayla; her great-nephew Darcy; her nephews, Austin and Eden; her mother-in-law Marion Beyea; her sisters-in-law, Kari Dunfield (Dwight), Robin Beyea (Aleks Askanas) and Sarah Beyea (Brad Kelly); her nieces and nephews, Alexandra Dunfield, Erik Dunfield and Liam Kelly; her father-in-law Harold Beyea; and also, Tara and Leila. She is also survived by her husband and daughters and mother.

As an expression of sympathy donations in memory of Urszula may be made to the Coldwater Lions Club or to the RVH "Simcoe Muskoka Regional Cancer Centre".
