We bid farewell to Antonino Balloi of Collingwood, Ontario, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 3, 2025 at the age of 96. Antonino touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the vast expanse of eternity, Antonino shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Antonino farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Assunta Balloi; and his children, Marchesa, Antonia, Rosanna, Battista and Josephine.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Fawcett Funeral Homes - Collingwood Chapel (82 Pine St, Collingwood, ON L9Y2N7). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Marys' Roman Catholic Church (63 Elgin St, Collingwood, ON L9Y3L6).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Georgian Triangle Anglers Association (Fish Hatchery). Donations can be made by cheque payable to Georgian Triangle Anglers Association and dropped off to the funeral home or by e transfer to [email protected].
