Betty MacDuffie Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty MacDuffie of Collingwood, Ontario, who passed away on December 23, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Betty farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Betty is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was predeceased by: her husband Russell; and her daughter Cheryl. She is survived by: her children, Danny (Susan), Michael (Crystal), Darren MacDuffie (Nancy), Amy May (Dan) and Kimmy LeBlanc (Stephan); and her sister Marilyn (Percy). She is also survived by grandmother and great-grandmother.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Hospice Georgian Triangle Foundation in support of Campbell House where Betty spent her final days.
