Donny Cockerill Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donny Cockerill (Collingwood, Ontario), who passed away on July 3, 2025 at the age of 57. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donny Cockerill to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his father Gerry Cockerill (June); and his brother Steve Kennedy. He is survived by: his sons, Oakley and Kai; his mother Carol Cockerill; his sisters, Beckie Vogel (Ken) and Lee Dueck (Andrew); and his nieces and nephews, Marcus (Annie), Tristin Vogel, Christopher (Kim), Anna and Katie Dueck.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Collingwood Legion (490 Ontario St, Collingwood, ON L9Y1N6).
In lieu of flowers and if you so desire donations on behalf of Donny can be made to the Collingwood Hospital Foundation or to Diabetes Canada two agencies that supported him in many ways over the years.
