It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis Bonwick of Collingwood, Ontario, who passed away on March 2, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Francis Bonwick to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Mirrlees and Ruby Mirrlees (Bailey); and her sisters, Pat Brough and Barb Wenzel. She is survived by: her husband Jack Bonwick; her children, Sandra Cooper (Ken), John Bonwick (Patti), Brian Bonwick (Wendy), Cindy Doyle and Paul P. C. Bonwick (Sandi); and her sister Diane Giambra.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Fawcett Funeral Homes - Collingwood Chapel (82 Pine St, Collingwood, ON L9Y2N7). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the All Saints' Anglican Church (32 Elgin St, Collingwood, ON L9Y4V2).
In lieu of flowers donations in Fran's memory may be made to the Collingwood General & Marine Hospital.
